Project Description

For this project, I had to perform data extraction on an open-source database (OpenFood Facts), which listed several hundred products with various nutritional information and their nutriscores. It was necessary to explore the data, remove incomplete records, identify relevant data to answer the question, manipulate it, and extract it into a CSV file. Then, we used this data to create charts with RStudio and carry out a complete mathematical analysis written in English.
